FABIO is part of a series of roosters that Alexander is painting that celebrates the amazing wild birds found on the Big Island of Hawai'i. All the other roosters in the series have been named Kings because they're so regal and walk around like they own everything in sight.  But Fabio had a different feel from the start. He knows he's just too pretty. So, of course, he got a name that lets you know that he knows, he's the most handsome rooster in town.
